3 Months!

Someone make it stop! I cant believe my little M is 3 months old already!!

Right now is such an awesome age, I love it! They are not fragile little newborns anymore but they are still tiny and not yet mobile. I wish I could freeze time! Its fun because she has great head control now and that alone helps a lot. I am not sure how much she weighs, etc. because we don't go back to the pedi until 4 months but my guess is somewhere around 13-14 pounds.

- She is now wearing 3 month or 3-6 month clothing and size 1 diapers (although after this pack I think we will move up to size 2).

- She eats 4-5 oz. every 3-4 hours during the day.

- She's still a great sleeper; going to bed around 8:30-9:00 pm and waking around 6:30 am. She takes about 3 1-2 hours naps throughout the day and happiest in the morning hours!

- She is smiling up a storm (and wants to laugh so bad) and gets really happy when mommy, daddy, or sister talks to her.

- She will coo and 'talk' to you, I mean you can have a full on conversation with this kid going back and forth, its the cutest thing ever!

- When she is laying on her back she will get up on her side...already practicing for that roll over. She is a wiggler too! I put her on the center of her play mat this morning and about 5 min. later she was off the play mat and on the carpet!

-She loves: sitting up and there fore also loves her new Bumbo seat, bath time, the blue bird on her bouncy seat (her arch nemesis, more like a frenemy really), watching TV, having her diaper changed, long walks on the beach and candle lit dinners.

- She hates: being cradled (hates it! she wants to sit up and be a part of all the action), being taken out of the bath, tummy time (although its getting better), Kay smothering her, and being in her car seat unless its moving.
