I would say very interested in the coconut shrimp with veggie spring rolls, but I think that I would be the only one eating it! Yummy meals! I wish I could be a guest at your house!
Your Chicken Teriyaki looks like it would be delish... I'd love to know how you make it? I am new to your blog and love it so far :-)

Its pretty easy acutally! I buy boneless skinless chicken breast and cut into about 1 1/2 inch cubes (or you can slice it, which ever way you prefer)
I brown it up in a pan with a little EVOO, salt and pepper. Then I add in brocoli florets, snap peas, juilianned carrots, and green onions. They key is to not over cook the veggies, you still want a little crunch to them. Then the last 2-3 min. of cooking add in your favorite teriyaki sauce and serve over brown rice!
