- Ranch Chicken I use chicken tenders for this recipe. Served with broccoli and a baked potato (I skip that!)
- Kale Potato Sausage Soup I got a bunch of potatoes in my Bountiful Basket this week, so I am trying to find creative ways to use them :) This is similar to the Toscana Soup at Olive Garden, YUM!
- Tomato, Basil, and Cheese Pasta Bake I take short cut here. I use jarred sauce and I also add 1 pound of 93% lean ground beef or turkey. Served with a side salad.
- Grilled Steak Fajitas served with southwestern corn on the cobb.
- Chicken Rollatini with Spinich alla Parmigiana served with a spring mix salad.
